Our typical townhouse subdivision is underutilized land that we can resubdivide into multiple lots. We seek parcels in land constrained areas located in Washington, DC's Capital Beltway.

Matt Gray
Matt Gray began his real estate career from the ground up. During summer and winter breaks at Virginia Tech, he worked for a commercial glass company. After graduation, he moved into residential development for 3 years completing 85+ homes valued in excess of $75M throughout the Washington, DC market. From 2008 on, he has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate including the development of hotels, retail, apartments, restaurants, land development and much more.
Over the past 15 years, he has completed 100+ projects valued at an estimated $350M throughout Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC.
Matt has a finance degree from Virginia Tech. He was recently married and currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia.
John Stathis
John Stathis has a real estate career that spans over a period of more than two decades. John founded
He has also owned a homebuilding company & apartment construction company. The homebuilding company focused primarily on the luxury market of Arlington, Virginia & Bethesda, Maryland. The apartment company was focused on working with various owners & developers primarily in the re-development of their properties throughout Northern Virginia.
John has a business administration degree from Clemson University. He is happily married with two children and currently resides in both Virginia and Florida.
